This chinense variety is very pretty and also very hot and aromatic.
This plant was grown inside and therefore is not so dark/black, when grown outside its leaves, flowers and pods look a lot like Pimenta da Neyde in color, I think they are closely related...
They taste great IMO - chinense-like, very aromatic and hotness I think would be around 9...
This is an overwintered plant that was cut drasticlly back, so in its second season it has spread and stayed quite low. The first year they are very upright growing. I would say put seeds in the ground right away...
