Plants look great I hope you didnt toss those out that were stunted
Really! Don't toss the ones that were damaged if they have any undamaged nodes! I had a couple of mishaps... I dropped a tray full of seedlings when I was moving them from the grow mat to the grow tent, and one of the chiles I planted in the hoophouse got frosted and lost all but one of its leaves. They are all alive and thriving today.

Thanks coheed for stopping by..we in the west side and ewa beach area gets is the hottest place to live since were to far from the mountains..u prolly past by if u did around the island trip...

Yea we did drive all around the island, we wanted to make sure we saw everything possible. We stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian village

Yea Ill for little longer...i have patience but if they dont recover by the time I transferred the other babies.from my starter kit they will be ruining my rotation of batches...if they do I might put them on the side nd might end up neglecting it..but cross fingers hoefully they recover..

Yeap u did pass by...around the island is the best here in hawaii with a big cooler ful of booze and u have a portable grill and u all set for a wonderful ride...u should have stayed at koolina disney resort...that place is huge beautiful

Maybe one of these days the wife and I will be able to make it back over to there

Wait like july or august when crazy rain and wind moves away...u should hike koko head , stairway to heaven, pillbox, and many more...when u reach the top u will see the beautiful views of hawaii

We were there from may 8 to may 19 of last year, we went snorkeling in Haunama Bay and went on a tour of Kaulua Ranch to see different movie sets, and did a helicopter tour and pearl harbor and all kinds of stuff. I loved it there. Just an amazing and beautiful island

nice snorkeling is good also, so u saw the china mans hat then its by the koolau ranch?best one is to hike the mountains, there's one hiking place at kailua maunawili falls its a lil bit slippery if its raining but its good hiking area after u reach destination u can just relax watching the falls and people jumping from it like 40 to 50 feet high...and the aiea loop trail this 2 hiking places has nice falls in it

Nope noy yet...how u make it? I just sautee them with sweet chili sauce some kimchee and oyster sauce...sweet and savory taste
Start with 4 Asian Eggplant. Slice each eggplant lengthwise into quarters. Bring a cup of water to a boil in a steamer, and steam for 7 minutes. Transfer eggplant to a colander to cool. Tear or cut each piece into bite sized pieces. Wrap the eggplant pieces in paper towel and gently squeeze as much liquid as possible out of them without mangling them too much and set aside. In a bowl large enough to hold the eggplant, mix the marinade, add eggplant and toss well to coat. Transfer to a serving bowl. If you have it, garnish with a pinch of Sil Gochu (Gochu peppers shaved into very fine strands) or Gochu pepper flakes.

Marinade is:
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Rice Wine or Vermouth
1 clove Garlic, crushed and finely chopped
1 scallion, finely chopped (white and light green part only), use green tops for garnish
1 tbsp toasted Sesame oil
1 tbsp toasted Sesame seeds
Pinch of salt
pinch of freshly ground Black Pepper

If you need to up the ante... use whatever variety of chile powder you have on hand...
