well the chicken is done....

After 6 hours....

and that concludes my 2nd UDS cook.

The real test will be the family tasting the pork, beef, and chicken. The mince was a little dry so I have to work out what to do there??

Is that a turkey? :shocked: That's a nice big chicken. Our supermarket ones are usually half that size, though I can get larger ones sometimes. The second smoke looks a lot better than the first. The chicken looks pretty good.
 
That was a regular supermarket chicken....I could have got bigger if I shopped around.

I actually saw some turkey breast at the supermarket and i'm thinking of trying that next as well??
