food-bev Pizza on a charcoal bbq

Best pizza I've ever had! used a premade crust (thin one) and used a couple different cheeses, assorted veggies, a bit of olive oil and some raw garlic. Anyway it came out way better than anything I've ever made in the oven. I did place it on top of a pizza stone while it was inside the bbq. I had the lid closed too. You guys must try it if you never have. Sooooo good.

Ive a big firebowl with a swinging-grill, about 70cm diameter.
I place my pizzastone under the bowl to heaten it up until the charcoal is smouldering.
Than i give the pizza on the stone, the heat from the stone and the heat from the bowl overhead,
makes the perfect awesomeness of outdoor pizza Ive ever eaten!
But the stone has to be very hot, so the dough gets crispycrunchy. XD

I've only done pizza on a reflector oven in front of a campfire and that was awesome. I would imagine the BBQ must have given it a great flavor!
