Leftover chili with cheddar.  Really wanted to put jalapeños on this one, but the rest of the family didn't want it hot.

Chili cheddar sounds real good.
 
Fam didn't want jalapenos but you could always add pickled jal and sour cream to it after.

The first and third were very good. The chili pie really worked well. I can add the jalapeño rings after, but it is just not the same. They were great on the first pie.

Started using All-Trumps flour for the dough and it is very good.

My daughter likes nothing spicy at all. I was going to do 1/2 of it with Jalapeños and I regret not doing it now.

Me too! Anyone grow up with stop sign shaped school pizzas with taco seasoning and cheddar on them? I loved those things. Much better than the Ellio's-clone raw tasting rectangles.
