Please help

Bought this pepper as a seedling at the local Keller Texas feedstore as a Trinidad Scorpion. Obviously it isnt. I tasted one of the green pods and it had no zip at all. Any ideas as to what this is? Thanks yall

     Hard to tell from the pics, but it looks like the plant has a strong upright growth habit which points that direction too.
