Pod Lineup- pic

Nothing new for THP community but for me being excited for my 2nd season with the superhots I wanted to share a recent lineup pic of some of August's selection. I'm going to have an abundance of 7 pot yellow's and 7 pot douglah's and not sure what to do with em all. I have a Fatalii/Yellow & pot mash fermenting for starters.

Any tasty suggestions for the Douglahs. (They're just plain scary looking)

That's a beautiful looking bunch of pods, great job! I usually turn my douglahs into powder as I don't care for the flavor of them fresh. All the ones I've ever grown are crazy hot but very bitter and harsh/chemical tasting. It does make a great powder and cooking with them does tone down some of the bitterness so you can go that way. Some people like the taste of the douglah and if you're one of them then skies the limit with what you could do with em

Powder it is!

Thanks scorch. I heard they were harsh. I haven't tried em yet.

And thanks for the thumbs up guys!

Side note-
I was talking to one of my buddies that I gave some plants to who couldn't wait until ripe, he made a wing sauce using green Naglah along with some Franks Hot sauce and other ingredients and he said it was fantastic with the multi levels of heat and flavor.

Well, if you want my opinion of what you can do with your abundance of 7 pot yellows and douglah's, pm me for my address and I will tell you....
Honestly very nice haul there and is making me jealous as to my measly few pods to ripen.  Also, I like the picture so I may be able top make reference later to what I have.  I too agree as to they look scary.  I was all gung-ho to eat at least part of each variety I have, but after looking carefully at my Reaper and 7 Pot Douglah, I am actually getting nervous myself.
