Pointy leaves, deficiency?

I searched about, but I'm not sure what the proper terms would be.. I've never had this before and it's only on a couple branches on one plant. what causes this:

Although it looks cool, I'm sure it's something I need to correct.

^ what he said , spider mites. Spray the underside of the leaves with pesticides.

Maybe not spider mites but mites most likely. I would snip off the affected parts and spray the rest of the plant with some sort of pesticide directed at mites.
