I hope someone gets that kid some counseling. This has to be one of the most disturbing story I've read in a while.
But it doesn't stop there guys this one is worse there is 40 dead dogs and numerous kttens in trash I heard about this on the news she has 6 kids from what I know and 1 living outside of the house who was the one who reported the household as a "concentration camp for animals" http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/01/21/AR2010012102522.html

yes crazyto make her kid do this but " child cruelty " is questionable..... " battery " did she physically abuse the kid ? doesnt say in that news clip...if she did ? I'd think they would of mentioned this!
" animal cruelty " some of you better check your own head if you'd label taking a hammer to a rodents head to kill it as " animal cruelty " in fact that would be the most humane method of killing it!
yet I bet most you have no problem of putting poison out to kill rodents, that'll have them suffer a painful death! & then you'll have other wildlife eat those dead poisoned rodents & then they suffer the same painful death cuz they ate that poisoned rodent.
check the reptile places cuz you have several methods of killing rodents
- feed them alive to snakes,etc...alot slower death than a blow to the head!
- throw them alive into the freezer until dead to be sold as frozen food for snakes, now that would suck!
- lay a screwdriver behind the rodents head, press down & pull on the tail to detach the head/spine...then throw in the freezer or feed to snake. - this would be a humane death right next to the hammer to the head!
its a fricking rodent!!! & killed humanely!! whats the point ? is their any difference between that & killing livestock ?

thats what she's being charged with being labeled sane, if she wins the insane plead she goes to the nut house, do some classes on what she did was wrong, for a little while. until she fools doctors that she's all better now & walks away, could even be less than the sane jail term.
forgot to say... if you people believe that other woman should get " animal cruelty " charges brought against here for killing a rodent with a hammer to the head, well then I think all you that use poison or other methods to kill rodents should also get animal cruelty charges brought against you!
