Portion Packaging

Good Afternoon Members, I am new to this site and would like to introduce myself and my company, Wilpack Packaging. As a pepper hobiest I enjoy dring and blending various peppers and blending them for a dry seasoning. My thumb is not green at all so I rely on friends to supply me with my peppers.I've now been enjoying the taste of my labors for over 29 years. I stumbled across this site yesterday and today........ Here I am. I mentioned Wilpack Packaging earlier. We are located in Rockford Illinois and manufacture portion packaging equipment, (heat sealing plastic cups). I read the rules so I'll be short, if anyone is interested in self packaging their peppers for resale or offering samples in small sealed cups, I can help you. You can see our offerings on our web site;

Hi, My last mix was jalopenas, habenaros, bannanas and a couple ghost peppers, I generally throw a little sugar in to settle down the fire. It made me a first place winner in a chili cook off.
