Potawie's vulture pepper year 3

Well already it's the 3rd year for these mystery C. chinense hybrids. This year I have an overwintered f1 plant, a f1 from a cutting taken in the winter, and about 3-4 f3 plants from seed. These plants really love to produce, even the f3 is just loaded with flowers and new pods

The f# is basically the # of generations since being hybridized
P1(parent plant1)*P2=f1
f2 are from seeds from the f1 pods
f3 are from seeds of the f2 pods

Beautiful Plants.
How does the pepper taste, Potawie?
I would like to grow them next year if the F3 tastes and produces as good as F1. By the look of insane amount of flowers on F3, it will be a heavy producer.

Ya, it can take many F'n generations to stabilize:)
I have to keep an F1 plant to overwinter or take cuttings from since the f2's weren't nearly as impressive looking. I plan to grow this species out for several more generations to stabilize it. They taste quite fruity with decent heat but not extreme. I'm more intersted in the looks and productivity but the flavor is there too.

Here's my 2007 plants with a link to 2006 too

I wish I did develop it, then I'd know what the parents were.

Here's a pic where you can see some vulture like characteristics.

crickie potawie that plant is loaded buddy, they say hard work and patience doesn't pay of..omri/potawie always wondered what the F1/F2 was cheers guys.

if you anytime some seed falls out of a bag..mail it to me ;)

The production on this plant always amazes me. Here's some more pics I took this morning in the rain

This is my f3 "vulture" hab, full of pods and flowers. I need a new name now that its losing it's vulture like features in the 2nd and 3rd generation.

And here's a cool looking f1 pod ripening
