Hello everyone.
I was discussing spicy food the other day with a co-worker, or more specifically, mexican food. We discuss salsa's and marinating techniques quite a bit and he mentioned this one as a substitute to salsa on tacos.
Normally I put fresh onion, cilantro, and lime on my tacos, well this does the trick as well, and tastes great! super simple.
Here is all of the ingredients.
-Red Onion
-1 hot wax
-2 large 7pods
-lotsa lime
-mexican oregano
thats it! I didn't even add salt or pepper, and it was amazing how tasty of a condiment it was. My coworker claims its authentic, but other restaurant owners I know have never heard of it.
Now for the fun
Almost there
Final product. I take pride in my knife skills, but I was specifically told to keep this one chunky. And fine dicing superhot's is sketchy!
I hope everyone enjoys this one, i'm putting it in the ridiculously easy section of my brain
