Quick, bout to make some jerk marinade: 7-pot, scorpion, fatalii or choc hab?

Which pepper(s) should I use in this jerk chicken marinade(for flavor, not just heat)

We were a lot of help weren't we? Ha!

I chose the choc hab and the scorpion. Aren't those local to where "jerk chicken" came from? Be the most authentic I'd think.

Best of luck and we'll all be waiting to hear how it went.
 
The 7Pot has my vote. Sounds best to me! I don't think the Fatalii aroma would go as well with it as the 7Pot's. The Scorps would be a choice if all you wanted was heat. Not sure about the Choc Habs, I'm sure 7Pot would be best!
 
I'm still sticking with the choc hab like before because it's jerk chicken that's from the Caribbean like the choc hab, just like what Patrick said.
 
Definitely chocolates for traditional jerk. I bet the fataliis would work great too but would obviously change the taste.
