Here's what I tossed together for dinner this evening. No real recipe here, just some boneless, skinless chick breasts, diced celery, diced carrots, diced onion, garlic, 2 chopped up orange habs, ginger, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. I cheated on the sauce. It was a powdered sauce packet that you mix with water and then reduce until it thickens up. This was a quick weeknight meal made from leftover ingredients. I usually put more effort into cooking on the weekends when I have more time

It ended up being pretty tasty for something thrown together so quickly. Just the right amount of heat.
