I never forgot this thread from last year James it's been on my mind to make some hot jam all year
Here is some peach-7 pot barrackpore jam I made the other day also made some with fresh cherrys
That peach was dam good on plain ice cream. It's an easy freezer jam it's kind of thin not enough
Pectin but trial and error and one day I will get it right.

That looks pretty good. I made some Peach with yellow Moruga that I put on ice cream and scones. It was going to be jam as well but the peaches were just too big and didn't shrink enough to set up. Now I call it dessert sauce lol. Very good though.
 
Looks great y'all. Have been making some jelly latley. Made some Apple Scorpion last week and some non chilehead Apple Serrano jelly today.
