We were lucky enough to see Calais for an hour while he was showing off his brand new Harley Davidson ... and we decided that we couldn't resist trying this one ... now ... this wasn't quite as hot as I was expecting but wow what a flavour ... maybe it was the moonshine ... maybe it was everything else ... whatever it was ... you can see how much I liked this one ... if you are a chilli-fiend ... you really should give this one a go ...

I've been looking forward to trying this sauce and am glad you reviewed it. Kinda disappointed it's not a bit hotter especially with reapers. How's the chile taste? Can you taste the reapers and other chiles in it? I tend to like sauces that have more pod flavor and less secondary ingredients and this sauce seems to have a lot of extra spices/ingredients. Sometimes sauces like that tend to lose the great flavor of the chiles under the other ingredients. Oh and tell Cass to stop making us beg and to join you for some more reviews, it's Christmas dammit    Was good to see Calais joining you though, makes a great review team. Cheers!

The folks at Scotty O'Hotty are super nice - worked in the booth behind them at the NY Hot Sauce Expo. 
 
This is the only sauce I haven't had of theirs. Thanks for the review Josh!
