I'm waiting for my apocalypse reds, Carolina reapers and Trinidad morugas (thank you pepperjo)
 
Nice start.  Seeing those seed packets brought back some memories.  In my past gardening life at my old house from 2001 - 2006 I used them a lot for peppers and tomatoes.  Never had any issues with their seeds, should be good ones for you.

Just a quick update. I started most on December 31st from seed, it's now March 2 2016. I've been watering through the bottom using the cup method. Seems to be doing great so far. I'm doing the top 4 super hots plus choco habs, Caribbean reds, and scotch bonnets
 
All in pots except for a ghost that's growin slower than molasses in January!!!

Been organic for the most part, except I used osmocote for the growing stage. Now I'm using fish emulsion, bone meal (works wonders) and Epsom salt.
