Rocoto!

this year I'm growing a Yellow Rocoto and a Red Ande Rocotto. if I don't get any ripe ones this year I'm planning on over wintering them.

+1 on Bonda Ma Jaques. One of the best tasting peppers in my opinion.

Those were my favorites from last years grow.
 
I would add Giant Mexican Rocoto except it only produced 1 not very giant pod... Tasty though! There was apricot flavor in it.

i think the better question is what do you wanna eat?
 
once you narrow it down a bit it will be easier to figure out what you should grow

My yellow bhut jolokias last year grew faster than the traditional bhuts and put out a ton of pods.  With supers, I prefer the 'yellow' flavor over the 'red'.     
 
White habaneros make a fantasic powder if you are willing to deal with 100's of tiny pods.  I often use it in place of white pepper.

 
I second the white hab. Talk about a nice pepper which you can just pop into your mouth.

First White hab pod here is almost ripe (I think) so will get to try out the flavour!
