Recovering Your Ransomed PhotoBucket Pix

PB hasn't cut me off yet and I have the .99¢ plan from years back, it's been setup to on autopay for years. I just tried what NEC did and it worked fine. It doesn't copy, you have to click on the link and C&P when it turns blue. I've been using https://imgbb.com/ for somethings. The best part about it is if you need to post several pics you can copy all of them at once after the initial upload.

When all this hit I looked into what it would take to host images.  I wrote n upload program that put images into mysql so they could easily have privacy settings.  Then THP turned on uploads and I figured the project was useful but not for a stand alone service.  I figure other sites will turn on uploads too.  In the end, I think Photobucket and other image storage sites are cutting their own throats.  Sites are just going to start allowing uploads.  Eventually, forum and other software packages will start including better editing software.

But you have to admit, watching the internet evolve is amazing.  I remember when people made money with porn sites.
