Also i look forward to Giant Mexican Rocoto, maybe i'll grow it in next season.

Thanks Essegi. I got the seeds for the Giant Mexican in a seed swap. We'll see how it does. Usually I dont get pubescens fruit until the second year.

Nice to know, i've an overwintered red rocoto that has grown well but without setting pods, hope to see some that year.

Very nice Ronan!

Can't wait to see them explode with pods ;)
Cheers Devv. Neither can I. Temperature went up to 15 Celsius today, so hopefully winter is over. Need to get the greenhouse cleaned and up and running now.

Really nice pics. You have a really good mix of plants :)

Thanks Paul. Where in the UK are you? Are you on the UK forum (ChilliesGalore)?

I'm in Bournemouth on the South coast. I'm only on this forum. Hopefully spring is here.

Roots! Off to a flying start I see Ronan! Your Pimenta Lisa looks like mine did last year, so hopefully it grows out as Stefan intended. Keep up the good work!

Here's the story of the Indiana Pequin:

I grew it next to the Duke Pequin, they were practically identical.  Here's a bit about the Duke Pequin in case you're not familiar:

That's great Charles, thanks!

Nice one Paul. Best of luck for the season!
Well. Most spare plants are gone now. I always feel nervous after the last cull/giveaway, in case something happens to my one remaining plant of each variety. They are almost all a good size now though. The fan in the growtent even fell on top of a few plants yesterday, and they seem to have survived with just some damaged leaves.

The issue now, is trying to keep them growing, without having them outgrow their position under the lights. For the plants in rockwool I have been feeding once, then just giving them water the next time. Needing more watering now they've grown of course.

16 varieties in rockwool in growtent

15 varieties in soil and some leftover Annuum seedlings.

Few stragglers, and tomatoes
