If you're trying to go strictly organic I would but a small bag of Roots, Happy Frog, Fox Farms Ocean Forest or similar premium organic mixes and try that on a few to see if it helps straighten them out. Remember, unless your mix has very low/no nutes such as a seed starting mix you shouldn't need to feed very much/often. There are enough nutes in most potting mixes to hold small seedlings for quite a while. Its easier to over feed than under...pulling for you lady!
 
Thanks Shane. It's hard to find good soil here in Jersey as we only really have HD and lowes. They don't carry those brands. I am going to do a massive search tho. There has to be somewhere around here I can get some good soil. If not Miracle Grow it is.

You can order it online...but you're gonna pay through the nose for shipping or one of the Hydro shops in that link may carry it. I know folks that swear by the stuff, and others that can't keep their plants alive in it, but that is the same with most soils. Amending with some peat will help your soil wick up water better, lower the PH a tad and keep the "organic nutes" (poop) from washing to the bottom and making a soggy mess. I had good luck with both the Happy Frog and Ocean Forest I tested last year, and they are both more of a plant and forget type soil like MG. The Promix is light on nutes so you have to be on point with a feeding schedule. I operate by the K.I.S.S. acronym Keep It Simple Stupid...I've tried a bunch of soils, conducted experiments, made my own and I always end up right back where I started...because it works. The same soil doesn't work the same for any two people, but if you've grown in, or used a certain type and had good luck that is the right place to start.

Test your PH as well...I have a feeling your up in the 8's. If so use some PH decreaser (sulfur) to bring it down to 7 or less if you decide to try to make your current soil work.
 
I think the idea Shane stated of moving the lights up a bit and such should work, I think they will be fine. What the hell am I talking about; I know nothing about indoor growing with lights. That said, Some years back I had a seedling loose it's leaves due to much to much sun and all that was left was a green little toothpick, luckily I didn't toss her as a few weeks later she had leaves again and today this is one of my best plants. Sometimes I believe these little babies are much more resilient than we want to admit, lots of luck and with the advice of these guys you can’t go wrong :)
 
are you seeds trays covered??? as for the seeds.. funny how some of the ones youre growing (black naga) im not even growing myself... lol didnt make the cut i guess... those seeds are ones i got from Judy at PL... so thats why germ rates are good... =D just keep the light higher.. they;; be fine....
 
Thanks Denniz. I can't thank you enough. And yes the tray is covered. Already raised the lights. Now I'm leaving them alone cuz if I touch them they will disintegrate into thin air. Ahahhahaaaa

Don't worry about the darkening of the leaves it won't have any effect on them. Like everyone else said just raise your lights.

Miracle Gro makes a good product and it works for a lot of folks. The only thing I don't like is you have no control over the ferts. I've used Pro Mix for the past few years and with the correct feeding schedule it's hard to beat.

Fkkkk. I forgot to thank Patrick for his invaluable contribution of his SBJ7 F1 and F2 seeds that I wanted SOOOO bad. Aahhaaaaa. Thanks Patrick. I did get up an F1 but I messed up. I have to look back and see what I did. I think I left the plastic wrap on longer than I should have. First year grow mistake and I have sown more seeds. Waiting to see some life. Hahaha Damn Pia, you've got the fever itch. Everything's lookin' good. You need to make more videos. I'm going to listen to them like a lullaby (I've got trouble sleeping;hence the 330am post) you've got a beautifully soothing voice, I was nodding off! Lol the grow looks killer, so many awesome plants....there are so many crosses this year I can't believe it! Just in your list I think there are like 3-5 I've never heard of until now.

Nice start Pia,
Its worth it to find a good medium before you pot up the seedlings. Having a good start will give you a strong finish. Pro-Mix would be a good choice and it's fairly inexpensive.
