Sanity Check - Trinidad Moruga Scorpion

I purchased the seeds for this plant as "Trinidad Moruga Scorpion" and it has grown into a very healthy plant about 1m tall and about 0.7m wide.  It has a number of blooms and small pods on it, with this one being the most mature.
 
Does this look like a Trinidad Moruga Scorpion?

True but this is no where even close.  Color is off too.

yeah looks like hab. their are plenty member here you can get them free or buy some from them at extremly low prices. amazon and ebay sellers are a holes they give you hab seeds cus you cant complain in 6 months

Hinterland and Seeds Direct are rips on Amazon. I have filed complaints against them both. They are following in the mold of Hirts Gardens. They count on few actually complaining because they know most wont. Contact me by E mail rfire@cox.net and I will post you a box of my Morugas for free. They will be from my seed stock plants so you can save the seeds. In the meantime make a big stink on Amazon. Its the only way to make them pay for taking advantage of you.

So, the "not Scorpion" has finally ripened to a deep, blood red shade:
 

 
It almost looks like a Red Savina habanero.
