fermenting Sauce from mash

Hi again... So my mash has been fermenting since 10-11-11. I used cayenne peppers with the seeds. I have never made sauce from mash before... So any suggestions would be helpful. Do the seeds stay in?, ingredients? I'm trying to get something close to Franks Red hot.. Thank you
 
No problem. Use Growing Hot Peppers, or the Glog forums and you'll get lots of help
