Hey guys!
This is my post No. 2222. In Germany a number consisting of one and the same digit is called a "Schnaps-Zahl". Literally translated that would be a "booze-number". Unfortunately I am on call so I can't celebrate that event with alcohol.

Congrats Doc! I am at work but i will go to work celebrating in around 3 1/2 hours, any excuse is a good excuse! BTW how are your turtles/tortises going?

Aw, well, I am hungry, so I've started frying some hot Italian sausage, will add a little pasta, onion, garlic, broccoli and cauliflower, and there's dinner.......

12 minutes!!!! Not Bad! LOL! 'course I gotta add another 5 minutes to boil the pasta water and brown the sausage while I was still posting.

OH, THAT's NOT FAIR!


I didn't even get any prep pictures!


So I took a picture of the kid's bowl and mine in the ugly gray bowls we just picked up at the DollarStore-

Italian sausage, carrots, onion, broccoli, garlic, cream, fresh spinach, parmesan and mixed Italian cheeses....Oh Yea...and a sprinkle of some newly-aquired fatali powder...


looks like....(i'd rather not say)...tastes like ..(direct quote from SalsaNut0.5) "It tastes like ..what's that stuff with the cream sauce and noodles...yea, that's it...Fettuccini Alfredo with Sausage. It's good."

I have this idea for a tv show called "what's for dinner?"---

It's a 20 minute contest using whatever the contestants find in their "pantry" and the resulting dishes are tasted and judged by a panel of kids and adults.

The three big ones are in hibernation in the basement. Two of their older offspring now living at my son's place in Munich joined them in October. The three little baby ninjas are in a small reptile tank under artificial light. They eat and poo and grow.

Here I am. Wasn't too often online last night. Sometimes to be on call also means to be called.
