Scorpion & 7Pod Medly

Greetings Pepperheads!
I thought I'd share last nights sauce making concoction with ya'll. I started to make this Monday evening, but let's just say slicing 200+ hot pods with bare hands kinda slows progress a little

Ingredients:
114 7Pot/Pods
100 Scorpion Pods
64oz Distilled white vinegar
60oz Pineapple with juice
16oz Peaches with juice
1.5lb Seedless Grapes
8 Limes of juice
5 Oranges of juice
3 Lemons of juice
1/4cup Jack Daniels
2tbsp Salt

Method:

Washed all the pods, fruit, and bottles. Cut up and de-seeded all the pods. Blended all the fruits and juice together as well as the pods with vinegar. Added everything to a pot and cooked it on 8/10 for 30 minutes then boiled for 30 minutes(the steam from boiling hot sauce is the best skin conditioner ). I boiled the bottles to further sterilize and I added the boiling sauce to each jar and sealed. The total sauce was 26 5oz wozzies and 1 20oz jar worth.

That sauce looks great, I don't know if I've seen one w/ grapes before. Yum Yum.
Thanks, yeah I too never seen grapes in a receipt and since my last fruity throw together worked well I thought I'd kick it up a notch and since grapes have a low ph I figured why not give them a whirl? I certainly can taste them in the sauce! I'm still debating whether I like this batch or not , it sucks because I made so much  I only gave it one quick initial taste though this morning, tonight I'll have to drink down a bottle to see how it goes :P

the steam from boiling hot sauce is the best skin conditioner

LOL. Steam from cooking chili sauce is also great for cleaning out your sinuses as well as a cure-all for respiratory issues!

Your sauce does look great, and the list of ingredients is very interesting. The only change I would do is increase the salt a bit, to perhaps 10tbps. What can I say, I love salt :)

Thank you for the bottles bro. Yummy. Going to have to grab some taco bell before work for this. I think deseeding killed some of the possible heat. Another 30 minutes on simmer would have been hotter, but I must say it is good. I honestly don't know if you would want it thicker. All-in-all +1.

Ok so now that is has aged for a month in the fridge. I took my bottle out that you filled. Small amount of separation yet not seriously obvious. More noticeable when I turned and shook it and the thick in the bottom. So Taylor tried it and now has the the 5oz. woozy you gave me to take to school. He likes your thinner variety sauces. I must admit it is good for burritos and tacos I am just more into the thick sauces. I need a dripper for my soda bottle. lol

+1 bro
