Scorpion Chocolate Sauce?

I've got about a dozen chocolate scorpion pods in the freezer that I thougt I would use in a sauce. Does this particular pepper lend itself favorably towards a basic, pepper, vinegar, garlic, onion sauce?
 
I made a smoked sauce and smoked powder with various chocolate pods not long ago. Came out really good. For the sauce I used half smoked/half fresh peppers, onion, garlic, carrots and vinegar. So I'd say yes they would.
 
I just finished a hot sauce using chocolate morugas and it turned out wonderfully. I used 6 oz of pods, carrots, onion, garlic, coriander, ginger, salt and pepper (coarse). Liquid ingredients were 6 limes and 1 1/2 cups white vinegar. Very hot and wonderfully delicious.
