recipe Scotch Bonnet and Aji Amarillo

2 TBS Aji amarillo powder
4 Scotch bonnets (deseeded)
75 Grams Poivron doux long snacking pepper (Air fried)
2 TBS Golden raisins
1 TBS Sweet mango powder
1 TSP Pineapple powder
1 TSP Onion powder
1/2 TSP Garlic powder
1.5 Cups Rice vinegar
Tiny bit of water to rinse out the Nutribullet brought it almost upto 2 cups.

Added to each woozie bottle
1/8 TSP Ascorbic acid

Are making the fruit powders or buying them? What did you think of your finished sauce? The color looks great.
