Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce...Jamaica Travel and Culture

Had no idea what what cho cho.... quick wiki search i relised i know it as choko.... strange ingredient but very interesting... didnt know it originated from mexico!
 
My personal taste i wouldnt want to use a lot of allspice.... that recipe could be broken down into a small batch quite easily..... 2 scotch bonnets, 1 carrot, 1/2 an onion, ect, ect.
 
.... or you could make up a batch upto the blended stage... leaving 1/2 an onion and half the allspice to the side.... taste and if needed cook the remaining onion and allspice and blend into the batch....
 
 
If you are interested in some caribbean.... google "mother in law sauce" which is a trinidad and tobago salsa that looks damn tasty.... hoping to try it when my scotch bonnet start fruiting....
