Seattle Hot Peppers?

Good to see another from western WA
Welcome to THP.

Honestly dude.. Your not going to.
You might find some red or yellow habs at the Asian market, or farmers markets.. But, you definitely wont be finding any superhots.

My advice, buy peppers from members on THP that put there pods up for sale or auction.. Since that time of year is passing all of us by, my other advice would be buying superhot powders. They do the same thing to a recipe that a fresh superhot will do. Also, you wont have to go through the effort of making sure your hands don't touch them and light one of your body parts on fire

Good luck.

Welcome NW Chilehead, physicsman!

Brandon is right, the season is passing by and you will (most likely) never find anything hotter than a hab in the supermarket. You MIGHT see something at a FM, but that season is closing in a hurry.

Still some fresh pods available online here at THP, but dried stuff works well also.

We NW chileheads have had a couple great get-togethers the last couple years in Sept. Let's keep in touch, love to see you there at the next one.

Thats what I was afraid of.

Sure I'd be interested in any chilehead going-ons.

Right now all I have for fresh is 20 or so of these little Bhut Jolokias on the living room plant.

OOOOooo! Nice green pod! Keep it Hot, keep it happy, that's about all I can offer for growing tips.

And you are definitely on the list of contacts for next years NW Chilefest.
