Okay. The first ferment turned out pretty well. I only let it go a few days. So, I started a second one. This one is a bit more extreme.
Filled a mason jar with the following:
Carolina Reapers (10 or so)
Chocolate Moruga Scorpions (again, 10 or so)
Chocolate Bhutlahs (10?)
Chocolate Habs (15)
Chocolate 7 Pot
I used a 3% brine. Still waiting on glass weights. But, the silicon lids have a pump to pump air out.
It started roaring on day 2; had to put it in the sink. Pumped it a few times to make sure no air got in. On day 3, its not bubbling as much and things seem to be settling. Does this mean fermentation has run its course?
