Double Wrapped Flaming Corndogs

Well when you don't have corn meal grab a pouch of corn bread mix.....WTH should be fine.
Picked a Jimmy Nardello, a Bhut Jolokia from my one nursery bought plant, a Caribbean Red Hab, and a Fatalii.

Did some bare-handed slicing. I love my cuticles burning.

Double wrapped and deep-fried them to get the bacon ready.

My son helped with some camera shots

Nard, Fatalii, Bhut, Carib Red, Nard, Bhut, Fatalii, Nard

Coated them with the cornbread mix.

In the deep-fryer for a few minutes and
BOOM

Then it was time to eat.

Luckily the time schedule was packed for me and I was hungry. Wish I could have got it in in time. Then I would have had the time to plate up proper.
