seeds-germination seedlings simple overwatering or something else?

I just got back from a 8 day vacation, with nobody to care for my seedlings while I was gone I gave them a good watering and put a humidity dome on top of them. I expected them to be yellow from over watering but I am concerned about the brown spots on the leaves.

They range from a few days to 2 weeks old for the bigger ones. All started in 72 cell tray with pro mix ultimate organic mix+ 20% vermiculite,Under t12 lighting. I just moved them into solo cups with the same soil mix and put them under 40w cfls.should I just let them dry out a bit, fertilize? or do I have other issues?

Advice?
