I really miss the edit feature on the posts.
Never understood why it was taken off.
 
Will there be a more lasting edit button in
the new software? Would make updating
lists, etc. so much easier.

This is what I think you meant. The short period of time (1-2 days.) the EDIT button remains visible & operative. One last thing, was it ever operative for a week or more?

I think it used to be longer lasting, because I used to go back
and update lists, data, etc all the time. Now, I have to re-type
or copy and paste which used up bandwidth/storage every
time I have to copy and repost. Also, when you went back to
the first post, you could edit the thread name. Growers used
to change the name of the thread to reflect the current state
of the grow, like 'PaulG2021 - Seeds-a-Poppin', and later 
'PaulG2021 - Into the Cups' just as a fictitious example.
 
Really for a Grow Log that posts continuous data charts, etc,
an edit button would seem to be a basic function.
