SKULLBIKER 2023, LESS FOR ME

I thought about not doing a GLOG this year but have decided to "just do it". My grow will be much less this year with no super hots planted(although there are a few previous plants still going). Most new plants will be Jalapenos and various pheno's of PeppaPeach as those are the ones that I consume massive amounts of.
This old pick of days gone by will be my lead pic for this years GLOG. I have several new ones taken since Jan 1, and I will be posting them as I get time until I am caught up.

OK now, everyone get out there and produce some peppers.

I picked a few more peppers today, most are slowly coming back after the hail storm.
Looks like we have some Sugar Rush Orange, a good sized orange jalapeno, a couple of regular jalapenos, a couple of Sugar Rush Stripeys(note I have never planted any Sugar Rush Stripey seeds), a few Cherry Bombs, a bunch of various PeppaPeach pods(big and small, stripey and not), a Sugar Rush Red, and some green abomination off of a Giant Jalapeno plant.

And I can't leave without posting a new bug picture.

The largest of the three Ecuadorian Sweet Rocotos has a lot of flowers right now. Hopefully they won't drop in the heat and I'll get a bunch of pods!

And I picked a bunch more Borg 9 pods, a few Cherry Bombs, a couple Jalapenos, PeppaPeach, and a few Sugar Rush types. I was hoping for a bumper crop of jalapenos but after the hail storm they are very slow to come back.

As all good things eventually come to an end................my oldest Brainstrain plant is heading for that big compost pile in the backyard. ☹️. It had a nice run, 3+ years, and hundreds and hundreds of pods but finally the root knot nematodes and mites have won the battle.

Picked a few today. 7Pot Bubblegum, PeppaPeach types, my first three Ecuadorian Sweet Rocotos, and a bumpy/hard as a rock jalapeno. This is the first jalapeno I’ve ever had like this. It looked good inside and the sample was super spicy, like a Numex Orange Spice. I chopped it up and it’ll be in my eggs in the morning.
