SKULLBIKER'S "Whats old is new for 22 glog"

I've put this off long enough and now it's time to start "gloging".
On January 1,2022 I picked the Brainstrains again.

1423 grams this time.

And that means two more 1 1/2 pint jars for the freezer.

And they're still alive and producing.

I started potting up the peppers I had started a while back. There were a couple of delays, I had injured my right knee and that along with my already bad left knee really slowed me down. Then, the hurricane.
The container in the front was just done, the two behind it had rode out the hurricane. Most of the leaves had blown off the plants in the storm, and as an added bonus(pretty much whenever we have really high winds) the APHIDS blew in.

Got a few left to pot up although I probably won't use them all. I think a neighbor will take a few.

A few more pics of the first peppers of the "cool weather" plants.

I'll try to get a pic of the remaining hot ones later today or tomorrow. They're still a bit bleak looking after the hurricane winds.

PeppaPatch update.

Large Jalapeno, that's all the info I have on this one.

One of the 2 year old Brainstrain plants. I had cut this one all the way back to the cage in July.

The only 7 Pot Bubblegum pod on the plant at this time, there was a ripe one also but I picked it.

Spectacular plants, 'Biker.

Ae you going to replace the panels in the
greenhouse frame? Looks like a Harbor
Freight unit.

I have the panels in the garage, no sense putting them in here. I put either the yellowed panels or shade cloth on the top. No investment in this one, it came with the place, it does look like the smaller Harbor Freight unit.

It'll be interesting to see if this plant grows. It's the only super hot survivor from the fall/winter starts.....tiny 7 Pot Bubblegum. It's in my growdown growbag(about 150 gallons of soil) that has been treated for the dreaded root knot bastards. I know from experience that the treatment is not always effective. So, it may become a monster or it may croak!

Sorry to hear about your root knot problems.
Never heard of it, so I guess that's a good thing.
I hope that little 7 Pot makes it.

I haven't posted here in quite a while. The hurricanes(2) came came within 20 miles of my house when the pepper plants I planted had just got started and just like whenever we get any large wind here they were infested with mites and aphids after each one. I sprayed but as usual it took a toll on them and slowed growth considerably, not being helped by the shorter daylight hours. They were starting to come back and now we are on our third night of near freezing temps so we shall see what happens over the next couple of days.
A couple of pics from a couple of days ago.
A couple of nice Orange Spice Jalapenos, I chopped these up and used them in my scrambled eggs. Pretty good.

Then I planted some seeds from my Sugar Rush Red pods that had been off pheno from my Sugar Rush Peach and now we seem to have one plant of SUGAR RUSH ORANGE. 😳. 😵‍💫 If they live, we'll see what happens.
