ive got build a box around it with some emergence blankets for reflectivity as there will be no weight to the box it can be made light weight

Thanks for your help :) I will be going out to buy a Gazebo ASAP then I can keep them outside and out of the rain,

Good luck with your grow habanero head :)

By the way where are you?i access this site on my iPhone and you can't see where abouts in the world people are from.

Hey Martyn, amazing to see how much they have grown in four weeks, Balázs (HabaneroHead from Hungary) is right don't worry about the temps but the rain is a problem, the water takes the heat out of the fruit as well.

You could just cut open some old plastic shopping bags & put them on the base of the pot?

Oh by the way, my old fella is from HabHead`s neck of the woods also (Hungary) so im half Hungarian so we say cheers like this.

Egészségére

Mezo.

Thanks Mezo, it is a great idea!
The problem with putting the pots outside is that no matter if the potting soil is peat or coco coir based, they are like big sponges, and can be easily overwatered. It cannot be that easily done with the peppers in the ground. On the other hand there is a difference with watering using tap and rain water....

Balázs
