In our house - CHIPs are the staple...some folks have rice, noodles, pork, ground beef....but we test everything on our beloved tortilla chips. We toast them, if we feel the sauce is worthy..... hahahaha

Your sauce had that "special" look to it - like it might deserve to be paired with "TOASTED" chips...um....
