Scovie was right!
I have to admit, about 5 years ago, I had a birthday party with about 15 people over. And I spent the previous week bragging about
how awesome my burgers are, and that's what I would be serving. The night before when I was going to make up the patties with
chopped red onion, capers, seasonings and such, I got trashed. Was up way to late, and got started again first thing in the morning
with Tequila Sunrises. Before I knew it, everybody was there and it was time to eat. OOPS, my bad, hahahaa
So I went to the fridge, got out the 5 lbs of ground beef, and two sheet pans. Dumped the meat out in the two pans, flattened it all out
and threw them in the oven. DRINK! 15 minutes later, pulled them out, dumped them upside down on the cutting board, and got out the pizza cutter. Square patties... non toasted buns, dinner served. It wasn't my best moment, but it was funny as hell, and everyone laughed, especially when I came outside after throwing them in the oven. "Where's the burgers?" hahahahah "In the oven" hahahaha
So boss let me get this straight. My pizzas are a fail because they are not perfectly round, but my burgers are a fail if they are. Is that about right?
