I saw the BaconSalt product and it reminded me....have you ever seen/had/heard of Smoked Brown Sugar? I saw it in a mag and it has me curious!

I happen to have a rack of ribs in the fridge. I was gonna smoke them tomorrow along with my jerk chicken, but keep it up and they will go in the oven tonight!
 
I learnt that method in the middle of winter about a dozen years ago.
Well, it was in the middle of winter when I got a hankerin for ribs, and I JayTd an oven method cuz it was -10°.
 
Hey, I have shoveled the snow off my smoker to cook already, but I really don't prefer doing that. Ribs done on the smoker are better no doubt, but I can make ribs in my oven that are better than 90% of the ones I have been served in restaurants. Just sayin.
