Still feel like im forgetting one more?

Ive tried a couple "dulce" chinense peppers and so far this is the only one ive liked. Very happy with pod size and they are not super seedy either. Flavor is pretty much as described. So if you use something like a aji dulce for a sofrito, i believe these would work very well.

Finally starting to get some ripe jalas other than the Numex. Two Early Flame are ready and one Spicy Slice. Not really happy that they take so long to ripen but the Spicy Slice do have a nice flavor for a milder jala. They are a tad hotter now than earlier pods. Still not as hot as the average Mucho Nacho. The Early Flame has a slight off flavor. Not bad at all just not strong jalapeno or very hot. Im going to blend up those two with some Numex orange for a small batch of sauce.

Nice anteps. Picked a couple green for some ground beef and one that was almost ripe.

Got a few jala ready to sauce. Added a couple long cayenne too after the pic. 4 Early flame and the rest Numex orange. About 200grams total.

Nice pods.  We are growing some of the same varieties.  I am growing the Anteps as well this year.  The wife keeps thinking they're bell peppers.  The best dulce we've trailed to date is Aji Rosita Dulce Red.  They are fabulous and I highly recommend.  Huge pods, mildish heat.  Delicious.  Also the Aji Margariteno Yellow is a nice one .... mine are surprisingly hot but manageable.

That red antep turned out to be nice and spicy. Most have been very mild so far this year. Have not sampled either greener yet but i will before adding them to the ground beef.

The PuckerButt mystery pods have a very solid burn but im not getting the "yuck" i get from most brown supers. Takes a couple seconds to kick in and then BAM. Mostly back of mouth/throat burn but i only eat a small piece or i cant chew it well enough. Just way too hot for me to eat even half a pod.

Im guessing my Joes Long Cayenne from last year crossed with my Thunder Mountain Longhorn?

Next year im going to try at least 1 plant in a grow bag with fresh media. Production however is great just in a hard pot. I just want to see if i can improve plant size a little. They have been very heavy producers 2 years in a row.
This was last years plant

This years plants look like they might be a cross
