I hope i can keep the baby interested in this as he grows. The other boys seem to care less.. Lol i can't keep him out tho. All the kid talks about is hot peppers. Granted he's only 2 but i still think its sweet.

I just have to be careful because that little turd will take a bite if I'm not looking. Any way figured that was a, cute pic for my 500th post!

That's a priceless picture there. If he's interested in what your doing keep him involved just don't push a thing and let him decide what he wants to do. He may lose interest for awhile during the teens and twenties but after awhile I'd bet he comes back around, I know I did. Great looking grow.

Thank you sooo much Seacowboy! It really amazes me that he's ths interested at 2. As you may hadn't seen i started indoors and he has (tried to help) the whole time. He will spend hours with them with me. He wants to watch me water them, talks to them and treats them like babys. I know he knows they're fragile and treats them like babys. Lol.. Hr may have hag heard me refer to them that way. Any how If he losses intrest he may come around later in life but hopefully he don't. I'm going top try and involve him more the next grow. Maybe grow him hots own and explain to him that its his and help him store the seed. We'll see!

That sounds just like my oldest boy that's 12. I tried getting him into it by letting him plant his own plant. He wanted a 7pot Congo sr... He planted it but gave up months ago because he'd rather play ps3 and with his ipad. Its really sad actually.. When i was a kid i would have rather been in the creek with the dog. Lol anything outdoors works for me. The middle son is eleven and he wanted to grow a lemon drop. His plant is just rocking out the pods but he seems to have lost interest too. I think they might be too hot for him tho. He don't mind picking the pods but only eats a nibble. Last year i grew some cayenne that had great flavor but hardly any heat and he would eat those with his meals. Maybe i just need to get him a tolerance.

Well i haven't posted in here for a while and hate to say its the end of my season almost. I plan to overwinter my buckets and going to start new plants for buckets and wally bags for 2013. I have some pics i need to post of big harvests and sweet pods that I'll randomly post but here's what's left. I drug them out of the lower garden a day or so ago.

Ha, you know whats up rob. Lol.. decided to keep all 20 of these buckets and just germinated 18 new varieties. I still need to do a few more and figure out what i can do with the amount of light i have with out making the meter spin too fast. Lol.

Ya know i havent been to my moms yet and thats where i had them sent because of the move. I'll try and get there before friday and i'll let you know but i'm sure they prolly made it.
