It is Friday so as always that means it is time for another sauce review at Slosh's Bar & Grill ... and since I can't sleep - I thought let's put this video out at 3:15 am! I mean it is Friday already!
 
This time Slosh and the lovely MammaCass are back with another one of the milder sauces from the Melbourne Hot Sauce company ... 
 
This time we try the Smoked Jalapeno sauce from the Melbourne Hot Sauce company http://melbournehotsauce.com/
 
I really enjoyed this sauce ... it had a really nice but subtle smoked flavour to the sauce) and it went amazingly with pork chops ... nice strong jalapeno flavour at the beginning and a nice after taste ... MammaCass didn't like this one so much but then again she is not a fan of jalepenos 8-)

The Chipotle BBQ is absolutely unreal ... but it isn't hot at all ... but I really like the Smoked Jalapeno too ...

There is a hot sauce company in Melbourne? Why am I just finding out about this now? 
 
Do they make a sauce which burn your face off? If so, I will prepare my car, credit card and pull a sickie from work... 
 
That X-hot sample pack looks good... might pay them a visit the day before my chilli induced sickie.

Awww I wish I had seen this before the end of September but I went camping for my honeymoon and just got back really ... We had a discount code for all Melbourne Hot Sauce products on our website ... but it ran out at the end of September 8-)
