Sorry, already bagged up in the fridge. I only used 2 applewood chunks, so, there wasn't a smoke ring, but, the smoke flavor was still there. Gravy had it too, since I used the drippings. Juicy breast meat...no crumbling.The Hot Pepper said:Let's see slices!
