1. Does the amount of pics I can post drop as I post them? 

I think I had 10mg available a few days ago, and now it seems I can post 8.5mgs..
 
2. My pics are often published in landscape format which is unpleasant on the eye if unplanned. How can I change this?

Hope you don't mind all the questions, but I learn quickly...!  ;)
 
1. Yes, for Unlimited you can upgrade to Extreme however. You still have plenty of space as the system will upload a compressed image.
 
2. This will be fixed in the next version. A workaround is to edit you pic and save before uploading.
