So some jackass broke into our water treatment plant last night. Today they discovered this and issued a "don't use the water" warning. I mean we can still shower, do laundry, flush toilets, whatever, but it might be five days until we can use it for drinking, cooking, dishes etc. This is a form of terrorism is it not? I hope they catch the little bastards that did this and stone them! They do still stone people right?

on the bright side, if you lived on my street you'd have no driveway because the city is redoing your streets, so your driveway would be freshly poured - and you wouldn't be able to use it for 5 days. Which means 3 days of farmer's markets carrying all your crap out to your car an extra 100'.

I'm thinking I might trade a little bottled water for that?

Water main flushing done on Monday in the area I work at and water is still orangish-brown. Thank goodness for water coolers but man the toilets in the bathrooms look UGLY!!! Can't wash your hands either, making hand santizer something that is in gallon bottles around the offices....... I sort of feel your pain Jay.
 
Its not really that bad I guess. I mean, like I said, I can still shower, flush the toilet, and stuff like that. Its just a pain washing the babies cups and bowls with gallons of water. We mostly drink bottled water anyway. I am just mad that someone would purposely cause this.
