Thought id share one with you. Heres a nice sauce

'Scorpion blood'

17 ddifferent varieties of chilli, lime juice, garlic, ginger, olive oil, corriander, saffron, salt.

Cut and ready!

it looks & sounds good!
with 17 different chiles its gotta be hot, cuz all the different kind of chiles & each giving a different type of burn.

is there a reason why you didnt blend it up before boiling ?

Well it does have a little bit of a burny burny! I actually chop boil, blend boil and bottle so yeah they get to boil after blending as well.


Mr Mcgoo had a taste today and snapped up a bottle...he he he, my first victim!

Mr Mcgoo popped in yesterday to have a look at our set up....he's a crazy man...jumped into all the sauces I had open...He's the first to try the blood.....I hope i burnt him a little.....he can take the heat thats for sure!
