some more venison jerky

marinated some venison for couple days then used a dehydrator, its not cheap making it but its damn good & has full flavor- unlike store bought that the flavor is so weak that you barely taste the flavor that its labeled as.
29 pounds made....

3 pounds each of
soy sauce
black bean
caribbean jerk
worcestershire
louisana habanero

4 pounds of each
teriyaki
mesquite
orange ginger

2 pounds of chipotle

Nom nom nom nom! Several of my friends make venison jerky, and one coworker also makes venison sausage. I only object to the jerky one makes because he uses the tenderloins for it! *sobs a little* i have students who hunt too, and every year as hunting season begins, I remind the class that apples for the teacher are overrated, but venison would be original. *sigh* They never listen to me.
 
My god.... that looks amazing! My friend has a freezer chest full of venison, maybe I can convince him to bust some out to make jerky in his dehydrator! :D
