This is definitely NOT a jalapeno.
Paper Thin skin with mushiness inside hotter than a MF

The other two peppers

More flesh inside some what crispy. Sweet flavor don't taste like jalapeno.

This was the one that resembles jalapeno in texture but not really shape they are super hot though being the mildest of the three.😕
These are not jalapeno but could pass if picked earlier

Thanks but I can't call them jalapeno being this frickin hot

I only sampled tiny pieces.
I planted these from 2
Super Hot Huge Jalapenos
That I got sold as jalapenos at the flea market.

Use caution with these
I will be growing the seeds
Let me know if any of y'all want to try these
Send me a message

Probably with better growing conditions and more dirt
They should get bigger fruit.

I remember that the curved fruit was little more mushy

Still wondering what other pepper could these be related to

Do you think these look like jalapeno?

The seed pods were fat

The new ones that are long and skinny numbered 1 & 2 do have shapes like a Serrano peppers
Also
Serrano peppers should be spicer than jalapenos
And I think I can handle a whole Serrano pepper and be okay with the heat.

These are still more powerful than Serrano.

They are at least extra hot if not super hot

Looking back over the pics, I think I agree. Hard to see the scale - are they like 1/2-3/4" diameter and 3-5" long? Start off dark green and go to red?
Yeah it's the distinct cap to start. Only pod shaped liked that i've seen with that cap. Other features as well. normally starts straight at cap, but you get a few that widen, and suddenly narrow giving you a "neck". Then there are the overripe pods. The skin is slightly thinner than a jalapenos.

If it's not a serrano, it's closely related and or shares A LOT of their features.
