2 Big Onions
3 Apples
4 Garlic cloves
2 heaped teaspoons of Wholegrain Mustard
11/2 cups of Apple Cider Vinager
6 Tablespoons of Home-made thick Worcestershire sauce (see recipe)
6 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
11/2 cups of Brown Sugar
6 Tablespoons of Treacle
3 Cans of diced tomatoes
16 x very hot chilli pods (habanero/bonda ma jaques etc)
6 x super hot chilli pods (7 pod, bhut jolokia or scorpions etc)
6 x Jalapinos
¼ Teaspoon Allspice
¼ Teaspoons ground Pepper Corn (medley)
¼ Teaspoons Ground Cloves
Worcestershire sauce
200grams prunes
300grams sugar
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground pepper corns (medley)
1 Teaspoon ground clovers
400 grams treacle
500ml brown vinager
500ml malt vinager
2 taspoons salt
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
Boil for 1 to 2 hours - strain (crush the swolen prunes and strain aswell)
