Seed shipments have come under scrutiny in many countries.
Caledonia Paperwork Phytosanitary
USDA Small Lots of Seed Permit
Phytosanitary Certificate
Seeds Intercepted by Homeland Security
Yeah, got a problem with some seeds sent to Canada, to Pierre (floricole), they sent the seeds back to me. I did sent these as I alsways did, in a bubble envelope, which it looks are processed by customs. Those I did sent recently into a birthday card arrived safe. I will switch to this for the future...The_NorthEast_ChileMan said:

I have sent him the seeds for free, nothing sold.Mr.joe said:Try speaking with the person that sold you the seeds?
Ok, I understand now. I don't know if there is much you can do now. I've heard of similar issues never had this issue myselfrghm1u20 said:I have sent him the seeds for free, nothing sold.
It is a first for him, I suppose, and from now on should know he need this certificate.

Get a birthday card , tape paper towel down , tape seeds to it with scothtape , write strain next to it , tape paper towel over it , send as a card , gets through customs a lot easier . and cheaper to send !
